With our corrosion-resistant drive elements, we
have long been a supplier to various manufacturers in the field of mixing
technology and agitator technology. The high demands on the purity, precision
and wear resistance of components are ideally suited to our product range. We
produce gearing parts, gearboxes, couplings and production parts such as
special shafts for agitators for various plant manufacturers. For some years
now, we have also been represented with a large number of manual hand clamps.
Both customised drawing parts and standard products from our company are used.
The high availability as well as the precision and quality of the products have
been appreciated by our customers for decades.

Bevel gears / precision gears
Bevel gearboxes made to measure and individual requirements, manufactured with the highest precision and using state-of-the-art production technologies.

Worm gears
Our worm gearboxes are high-precision and high-performance offset gearboxes. Ideal for large gear ratios. Compact design with angled drive.

Indexing gears / cam components
Our indexing gearboxes, cam components and parts feed units are used when precise, recurring cycles are required.

Cam components
We use the latest manufacturing technologies to produce flat and three-dimensional curves in all standard designs. Customised curve designs.

Hirth-tooth profile (ground)
We supply Hirth serrations in hardened and ground versions. Self-centring and form-fit connection. Compact design. Up to ⌀ 1,600 mm

Worm gears
We supply worm gears up to an input speed of 6,000 rpm and 710 mm centre distance. Backlash-free design also available.

Spiral toothed bevel gears
We supply straight and spiral bevel gears according to the Klingelnberg system. Zyklo-Palloid, HPG-S, ground, Gleason ground, 5-axis hard-milled, Kurvex.

Spur gears
We supply spur gears with high quality requirements. Toothed and helical. Module 1.5 to 31. Diameter up to 2,800 mm.

Repair and service
Please ask for our
customised maintenance and service options! The quality of our gearboxes is an
important part of our philosophy. We try to design our gearboxes according to
the needs of our customers in such a way that we meet both the requirements for
performance and economy.
For FLOHR, service to the
customer does not end with the handover of the product: Each of our gearboxes
is fully documented
and should give you a long service life. In order to be able to carry out any
kind of repair or
service as quickly as possible, we offer our customers a well thought-out
service strategy, which also includes the storage of special parts and a
rolling stock for exchange
of strategically relevant parts. Independently of this, we offer repair,
maintenance and service of all our customers gearboxes.

Sub contract manufacturing and assembly services
Experience,
know-how and an optimal machine park are the prerequisites for the high
performance of our mechanical processing. We are optimally positioned both for both our own drive
solutions and sub
contract manufacturing for our customers.
CNC turning, CNC milling and CNC grinding are our core competences. But
conventional machining as well as grooving, balancing and surface treatment are
also part of our standard work. Precision, fair conditions and reliability are
a matter of course for us.
