Special gears - large gears

Worm gears

We supply worm gears up to an input speed of 6,000 rpm and 710 mm centre distance. Backlash-free design also available.
Spiral toothed bevel gears

We supply straight and spiral bevel gears according to the Klingelnberg system. Zyklo-Palloid, HPG-S, ground, Gleason ground, 5-axis hard-milled, Kurvex.
Spur gears

We supply spur gears with high quality requirements. Toothed and helical. Module 1.5 to 31. Diameter up to 2,800 mm.

Flat belt pulleys

We specialise in the manufacture of made-to-measure flat belt pulleys. Free of charge. Up to 2,500 mm pulley diameter, 750 mm crown width and 6,000 kg weight.
Special pulleys

We offer customised drive pulleys: split pulleys, elevator pulleys, welded steel constructions. Professional design, inspection and optimisation of your drive.
Flywheels

We specialise in the manufacture of individual flywheels and flywheels. Model free of charge. Max. 2500 mm disc diameter, 700 mm rim width and 6t weight.tion.
V-belt pulleys

Motor bases

Optimisation of belt drives with 7.5 to 255 kW power. Constant belt tension and even torque transmission. Maintenance-free.
Foundation blocks according to DIN 799

Foundation blocks for permanent fastening of machines and systems, as well as clamping rails for electric motors. High damping properties due to cast material.

Please ask for our customised maintenance and service options! The quality of our gearboxes is an important part of our philosophy. We try to design our gearboxes according to the needs of our customers in such a way that we meet both the requirements for performance and economy.

For FLOHR, service to the customer does not end with the handover of the product: Each of our gearboxes is fully documented and should give you a long service life. In order to be able to carry out any kind of repair or service as quickly as possible, we offer our customers a well thought-out service strategy, which also includes the storage of special parts and a rolling stock for exchange of strategically relevant parts. Independently of this, we offer repair, maintenance and service of all our customers gearboxes.
